What will you be doing as a Project Manager at iOLAP?  

  • Identifying, defining, and coordinating different processes and project management activities (project progress reports, project timelines, tracking deliverables) 
  • Managing the project phases from the initialization to the closure, tracking the project resources through requirements engineering, organizing project post-mortem 
  • Defining and controlling project scope  
  • Managing and allocating project resources in addition to helping them define project tasks and/or goals  
  • Estimating and controlling costs   
  • Managing and defining quality standards and monitoring results of quality-focused activities  
  • Generating, collecting, storing, and disposing of project information  
  • Identifying, as well as analyzing, responding to, and controlling project risks  
  • Managing impediments and dependencies outside of the project team to ensure delivery

  • Previous working experience as an IT Project Manager or equivalent
  • Experience in working with development teams using the Agile approach
  • Expertise in the components/concepts of project management (project planning, prioritization, decision-making, risk management, documentation, budgeting)
  • Knowledge of both traditional and Agile project management
  • Understanding of software and product development lifecycle
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions considering risks, manage metrics and reports
  • Familiar with the Lean Thinking principles
  • Knowledge of project management tools (preferred: Jira, MS Office)
